EthosEnergy awarded subcontracts by Siemens Korea

EthosEnergy has been awarded two multi-million dollar subcontracts by Siemens Korea (Siemens Ltd Seoul) for work at Taean and Dangjin power plants.
The subcontracts are for a generator stator rewind and upgrade for units 3 and 4 at the Taean Power Plant and Unit 1, 2 and 3 at the Dangjin Power Plant.
Lim, HyungJong from Siemens Ltd Seoul said, “EthosEnergy has completed stator rewind projects at Boryeong Power Plant and Taean Power Plant in the past.
“By offering the latest design upgrade, the work will increase the output of our generators by 8% from 612MVA up to 660MVA, which will keep the plant running for longer.”
