Doosan Škoda Power has a contract in Thailand. The Czech turbine manufacturer is supplying a 20 MW steam turbine generator for a newly built steam power plant in Thailand.
The order is for a single-casing steam turbine with a gearbox and generator. This steam turbine is part of a 74 MW steam-gas cycle facility, which will supply a new industrial zone with steam and partially with electricity. The remaining electricity will be supplied to the transmission grid.
The power plant is scheduled for operation in 2024.
