Turbomachinery International will partner with the Turbomachinery & Pump Symposia Sept. 10-12 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston.

“We are thrilled to team up with the Turbomachinery & Pump Symposia as a premier media partner,” said Michael J. Hennessy Jr., president of MJH Life Sciences. “The event provides the perfect forum for the exchange of ideas on current practices and upcoming trends in an industry that continues to prove its dominance year after year.”

The Turbomachinery Laboratory, part of the Texas A&M Engineering Experimentation Station and the Texas A&M University System, organizes the symposia’s technical program and exhibition. The program consists of short courses, case studies, discussion groups, lectures and tutorials surrounding the topics of maintenance, reliability, troubleshooting and instruction on emerging designs, technology and best practices. The exhibition features leading turbomachinery and pump companies and will include full-size equipment, new technology and emerging industry trends.

Turbomachinery International will contribute to the event as one of the more than 340 leading turbomachinery and pump companies to exhibit at the symposia. As the event’s premier media partner, Turbomachinery International will film customer presentations, interview managers and product supervisors, and conduct Q&As that will contribute to the spread of ideas within the industry. Based on the symposia, Turbomachinery International will also feature a special pump supplement in the September/October issue, to be distributed in print and digital formats to attendees at the symposia.

Turbomachinery International’s partnership with the Turbomachinery & Pump Symposia has evolved since its initiation in the 1960s, to now include the Asia Turbomachinery and Pump Symposia and the Asia Turbomachinery and Pump Summit.
