Voith group changes

Like many enterprises of its size,the Voith Group is continually working to optimize its structure. As part of these efforts, it intends to combine the operative units of the Voith Group in Germany wherever possible under a single legal entity. This will be carried out by way of universal succession through merger or accretion with J.M. Voith SE & Co. KG. The scheduled date is Oct. 1, 2018.
