Everllence Lands First Commercial PARSYN Order for AM Green's Kakinada Ammonia Plant

The motor-driven compressor package targets a 1,500 t/day green ammonia facility in India, with delivery in late 2027 and commissioning in 2028.

Everllence has won its first commercial order for the PARSYN compressor package, supplying AM Green's green ammonia project in Kakinada, India.1,2

What Everllence Will Supply

The package consists of two RB barrel-type compressors operated in parallel and coupled through a gearbox, driven by an electric motor.1,2 Both reports describe the equipment as serving the synthesis loop of a 1,500 t/day green ammonia plant. Delivery is scheduled for late 2027, with commissioning in 2028.1,2 Contract value was not disclosed.

PARSYN is Everllence's compressor train concept for ammonia synthesis, designed to handle the variable loads that come with renewable-powered hydrogen supply.3

Offtake and Context

The Kakinada plant has an offtake arrangement with Uniper, according to the trade reports.1,2 Everllence, formerly MAN Energy Solutions, was renamed in June 2025. Turbomachinery International most recently covered the company in May.

What to Watch

Open questions include the compressor ratings, whether the order extends to additional trains, and how the package performs against load swings once the plant starts up in 2028. First-of-kind references often shape later bids, so follow-on orders will show whether the design is gaining traction in green ammonia.
