LEWA is a German manufacturer of diaphragm metering pumps, process pumps, and metering systems. It has over 1000 employees.

Geveke of the Netherlands distributes compressors and engineers advanced and complex process pump installations. It has around 170 staff.

Ceres Technologies is a New York-based manufacturer and designer of gas and vapor delivery equipment for the semiconductor industry. The acquisition includes assets of two affiliates, North Park Metalworkers and Peak Precision Technologies. The acquired companies have around 185 employees.
