Atlas Copco Acquisitions

Atlas Copco is adding two new businesses to its portfolio. The purchase price for either is not disclosed.

Associated Compressor Engineers Ltd (ACE) of Stockport, UK specializes in the sale, installation, and service of compressor air systems. ACE will be integrated into Compressor Technique.

National Vacuum Equipment Inc. (NVE) is headquartered in Michigan, USA and is a manufacturer of industrial vacuum pumps and packages for mobile use on tanker trucks. NVE will become part of the Industrial Vacuum Division of Copco’s Vacuum Technique business area.

The acquisition is expected to close during Q3.
