Dover Broadens Cryogenic Centrifugal Pump Portfolio with Cryo-Mach Acquisition
Cryo-Mach will expand Dover's participation in liquified oxygen, argon, and nitrogen in the industrial gas and transportation markets.
Dover recently acquired Cryogenic Machinery Corp. (Cryo-Mach) for a non-disclosed price, expanding its cryogenic market presence with Cryo-Mach’s centrifugal pumps, mechanical seals, and related accessories. The acquired company will join PSG Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions business.
"We are thrilled to add Cryo-Mach to our portfolio of pump businesses," said Karl Buscher, President of PSG. "This acquisition strengthens PSG's position within cryogenics and is consistent with our strategic approach of expanding our core and securing access to adjacent markets that enable sustainable, profitable growth."
Cryo-Mach, as a specialized designer and manufacturer of mission-critical equipment and components, allows Dover to participate in liquefied oxygen, argon, and nitrogen in the industrial gas and transportation markets. PSG Dover will add Cryo-Mach’s cryogenic centrifugal pump technology to its portfolio. The company is currently headquartered in North Hollywood, CA.
