RelaDyne, a provider of lubricants, fuel, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), and industrial reliability services, has acquired Rachel Oil Company, a lubricant and fuel distributor based in Mansura, Louisiana.

Rachel Oil Company is a regional lubricant and fuel distributor in Louisiana. As part of RelaDyne, Rachel Oil plans to grow and expand with access to RelaDyne brands and products as well as career opportunities for its employees. In addition, the introduction of RelaDyne Reliability Services will add significant value for Rachel Oil's current and prospective customers.
