Bowman Consulting Group Purchases Richter & Associates

Bowman Consulting Group announced its acquisition of Richter & Associates, a professional services firm specializing in dry utility infrastructure engineering. Richter & Associates collaborates with private and public clients, as well as utility service providers, to address the challenges in designing, developing, and implementing natural gas, electric, and telecommunications infrastructure. The acquisition is expected to contribute approximately $5.5 million in annualized net service billing. The transaction was financed through a combination of cash, seller notes, and equity.
