The expanded partnership promises more options for airline operators seeking component repair services.

Honeywell and Fokker Services B.V. (Fokker) have entered into a memorandum of agreement that designates Fokker as an authorized service center and channel partner for Honeywell's pre-cooler control valve (PCCV) repair and overhaul services. The partnership, which was revealed at the Paris Air Show 2023, is anticipated to broaden the range of component repair services available to airline operators.

The PCCV is presently integrated into the Boeing 737NG. Fokker, operating from its Amsterdam hub, will extend comprehensive services for the valve, including full disassembly, assembly, testing, repair, and overhaul to global clients. The partnership also marks an enlargement of the current repair authorization for Honeywell avionics and mechanical components, paving the way for both Honeywell and Fokker to explore joint ventures in new product lines.

Maria Sanchez, Senior Sales Director, Airlines Aftermarket, Honeywell Aerospace, spoke on the new development, stating, "Teaming up with Fokker, we are broadening operators' options for component repair. Our partnership with Fokker not only fortifies our current repair authorization but also ushers in fresh opportunities to investigate jointly. Fokker's proficiency and the comprehensive services at its Amsterdam facility will offer airline operators an extended selection, guaranteeing top-tier quality and efficiency in component repair services."

As our collaboration with Honeywell deepens, we aim to unearth new opportunities and expand our service offerings to further serve the channel partner network."
