Atlas Copco is buying out the assets of Shangdong Jinggong Pump Co., Ltd. (SJP). Last year, the company brought in $12 million USD in revenue.
Headquartered in Zibo, Shandong Province, China, it’s a manufacturing and development company focused on liquid vacuum pumps and systems. Purchase price unknown, the deal will be finalized in Q4 2022.
SJP, operating under brand name Chinco, was founded in 1998 and employs 100. The company will become part of the Industrial Vacuum Division within the Vacuum Technique Business Area of Atlas.
