Atlas Copco is set to acquire Trillium US, an Oregon-based vacuum pump service provider for semiconductor and general vacuum customers, with revenues of approximately $27 million in 2022. The acquisition will enhance Atlas Copco's support capabilities for semiconductor and general vacuum customers in the United States. Secondly, Atlas Copco has acquired the operating assets of FS Medical Technology, a California-based medical and laboratory gas services company with a turnover of $7 million in 2022.
